Everything so clean and comfortable. Fabulous breakfasts, large variety of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit as well as cheese, meats, boiled eggs, choices of breads and drinks and juices. Staff were really helpful, sorting out the fact I had to stay an extra day but I didn't have to change room, getting taxi etc. Location less than 10 mins from tram into centre. Also evening meal and a bear available in house if you wished. Very happy.

We loved the apartment, it was spacious, better than expected and we had a great night's sleep. It was very well laid out, had everything we needed, including iron and ironing board, and the best part is there are little parrots that live in the trees nearby that would visit on the balcony. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends who plan to visit Köln. It's also close to both arenas, so that was a definite bonus.

I really liked the hotel personnel. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. There was everything we needed. And the position of hotel really close t the river. We walked by the river to the center of Cologne every morning.
