The hotel is very well located near town and the Hauptbahnhof. The room was nice, cozy, well lit and with a window that we could open for fresh air, as well as air conditioning (thought we didn't manage to change the setting and we were too lazy to ask for help, but it was okay as it was not too hot the days we were there).

the staff, the river side view with balcony & the rooms with kitchenettes. 👌🏼 the person at the reception who checked us in ( Uzay is his name I think) he was really hospitable and gave us an early check-in .

When an issue arose, a staff member Oliver did all he could to assist in resolving this, which is appreciated greatly, and did not stop until the issue was resolved.

the hotel was a brazilian theme and was amazing, it had sounds of birds playing in the coridors and the decor was all brazilian, the owner loves brazil and the community there and is trying to replicate the passion he felt in brazil. ther is a couple of restaraunts 5 mins away and a supermarket and chemist just opposite them too, the train station is a 10 minute walk. the local bars are people are all really welcoming and speak english well enough to get some food and beers. would 100% recomend staying here and we will be back in a couple of years on ouur next visit to Frankfurt
