We enjoyed this hotel. After Elbphihamie, we came back by walking. Room size and condition were big and very good. Also, quite. From walking distance to everywhere in Hamburg. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. 99.5% we will come back later.

Can't say enough good things about the staff. They helped us tremendously with an issue with their laundry contractor, advocating for us by phone and coordinating delivery. Breakfast was also very good with a German, Scandinavian, and American options.
