City centre location and good amenities. A short walk to whatever you do need. Well connected to Metro or Train as also transfer to Airport. All was fine and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Perfect when attending fair too as direct connection by metro is near by and available all few minutes. Looking forward for book again in next occasion.

Cozy and nice apartment located in Hannover city, 5-min walk from metro and grocery store. It was my second visit at Matthias’ property; Matthias was extremely responsive and supportive during my stay. The place was a 10 out of 10.

We stayed in this house with our three children. Everything was clearly explained, and we had no trouble finding the house or the parking (right behind the building, just a few steps away). We had a lot of luggage, but it was no problem. The hosts were always available and answered all our questions — even late in the evening. The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone (there were five of us, and there were still many extra beds we didn’t even use). The house is very warm! There’s a washing machine, and the kitchen had cooking oil, salt, pepper, and salad oil. The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking was easy. The street is extremely quiet — really peaceful. The mattresses are very comfortable. The apartment still has its original 1970s kitchen, parquet floors, and bathroom tiles — we really loved that vintage touch.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished, practical, true to the pictures. The balcony has a stunning view from the 7th floor. The elevator works well, getting in and out is easy. It's a good place to stay.
