Best of Best Hotel in Heidelberg. Best Location.Best Service.Best Breakfast. Unique Hotel. If you think normal luxury Hotel service ? No way. It's a kind of residence Hotel of luxury. Interior Design amazing. Do not expect room services.This Hotel is for long term residence. Reception is open 8 am to 8 pm only. But... Walking 10~15 minutes, everything near. Not much noise. I got deep sleep and wake up. I got new energy in here. I was stayed room 23. 7 nights. Actually 3 nights reservations but I don't want to move other place. So I just staying 7 nights. In my room has samsung laundry machine. There is River Cafe, Foods, Price, Service & Location wonderful. Just walking 10 minutes. Right side of this Hotel. Last week Koln Messe for business. This week for Holidays. Tomorrow I will move to seoul for golf. I m leaving Los Angeles CA. I will be back soon. Next time I will bring my golf Club.

nicely renovated hotel in a fantastic location - comfortable and big room, all worked exceptionally well except for the AC being a bit noisy (only necessary in weather above 30 degreees). late check-in worked well too (but needs to be announced in advance). at the foot of the philophers‘ path as well as near a number of great bars/cafes

Everything was perfect. Great location and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the garden room which was very comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is charming and right on the river. A bridge close by allows you walk over the river to a street filled with restaurants and cafes. Only ten minute walk. You can reserve a parking space for much cheaper than a park house. Included in the room was a complimentary bottle of mineral water, which is rare now these days. Breakfast was also included in the room price. Lovely breakfast room with one of the best breakfast selections I have ever seen. Wonderful service too. Highly recommended and I would consider a secret tip.

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff are all friendly and extremely professional and attentive. Bed was incredibly comfortable, dinner was excellent, and the breakfast buffet incredible! We were delighted to meet the owner/manager Dr Caroline von Kretschmann and be able to listen to her philosophy and history of the hotel. What a personal touch! The attention to detail was amazing - every room a fresh flower, hallways with fresh flowers. Beautiful antiques mixed with modern comforts. And I loved that they had a cute little rubber duckie in the bathroom 😃

Everything was perfect. This was the best hostel I have ever booked and been. The place located in the city center. Rooms were clean, kitchen and bathroom was good. They have several map you can take a pin where do you come from? When it comes to the stuff, she was extremely kind and affectionate. If I ever find myself in Heidelberg again, I will book this hostel again without a second thought. I highly recommend everyone to visit this gorgeous city and hostel.
