Clean room and bathroom Free private parking (plenty) available off the street 40€/night was a good price but I've seen they have increased by more than 50% in less than a month The location is good if you don't want to visit Munchen, otherwise it's far and you have to take bus + subway. Very cozy hotel. For family with 2 children, the room with bunk beds is a godsend. The children were in awe. Facilities are new and god. Room is clear, beds are comfortable.
