Nice hotel with parking space. I read reviews about small parking but my opinion it is quite standard. Breakfast is good, Italian style. Room is clean and big enough. Coffee and tea in the room. Good price / value

The traffic is close and very punctual and frequent, so it goes literally through the whole of Munich.
