We have been visiting Munich for many years now. Three things make this place one of te best we have stayed so far in Munich: 1. It was spottless clean and nice smelling, 2. It had right next door a cafe/boulangerie which was great for brekfast to buy and have into the room in just 30 sec, 3. The bus stop is in 50m with very regular schedules, so for the first time we got to not use the underground and see the city while travelling around!!

Villa Waldperlach is located in the Waldperlach district of Munich, just a 10-minute drive from the city centre. It offers free private parking and classically furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi.
