We went for a short 4-day trip to this hotel just to get some sun during the winter time. And we came back actually very satisfied. The hotel staff is very professional. Facilities clean. We also got a room upgrade to a pool view room, which is a good thing I guess. Shout out to Sameh, our room cleaner, he did an outstanding job, and Moussaf from the outside bar.

The resort is amazing.Its 100/10 . The all inclusive service is great . They gave us a very big room with bathtube and big space , like a little apartament. We made an early check in and late check out without extra charge , this because of the great manager Mr.Hanna . He was very helpful and assisted us for everything .Each guest who meet him should be lucky and the owner should be lucky to have him part of his staff .
