We went in offseason so it was pretty quiet and nice. Just too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities and program. But they had few programs at night and during the day.

What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

The staff are exceptionally caring, welcoming, polite, and accommodating. We appreciate Mr. Mahmoud Abdel and Mr. Sahran at Reception; Hassan who cleaned our rooms, Mr Ahmed who is a Receptionist; Mohamed and Mohamad at the Restaurant. These people left us with wonderful impressions of the Resort.

The staff was extraordinary - friendly, competent and efficient. Maria in Guest Relations stands out (extremely professional and friendly) as well as Mahmoud Ali who took care of our room # 1234 and went out of his way to make our stay memorable, the pool attendant and lifeguard Mostafa who apart from arranging our sunbeds with a smile even cleaned our sunglasses and iPads! 😄. Also Hany in the poolbar was outstanding. From the excellent restaurants we can mention Alaa and Ahmed from the pool/Oceanic/Indian restaurant and Ali from the main restaurant. Also Hammad at the reception was very helpful. The bed in our room was fantastic.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service.
