Clean hotel, friendly employees, great location. Felt safe and taken care of. The last day I was suffering from food poisoning (NOT from the hotel food, I didn’t eat there), and they assisted me greatly. They even gave me a complimentary mild meal to calm down my stomach, which was very kind of them.

This hotel was our highlight in Kairo. The rooms are brand new, absolutely clean and very spacious. The personal is excellent. They even let us use the showers after we checked out, because our flight was only going in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, they're so friendly and welcoming. They all speak good english and are funny! Abdallah is also the best guide you could ask for, great guy and knows a lot about Egypt and the history. We did a day tour to the Saqqara pyramids and to the GEM. He included some extra stops for free and managed to get us into all the Tombs for free. The Hotel is located perfectly in downtown. It's a safe area cause it's super busy and it has loads of food options within a 5min walk. The staff will also reccomend a place that specialises in Koshari, everyone visiting Cairo has to try it! Great value for money!! We had a private room and it was very spacious, comfy bed and bathroom was good. AC works well!

Superb location for the price, right in the centre of downtown Cairo. The staff were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. Breakfast was freshly made for you everyday by the staff and you could refill your water bottles for free as well. It was fairly quiet at night since we were on the top floor (7th) and we had no issues despite being in downtown Cairo where the honking from cars is just continuous.

First of all, the staff was very sweet and helpful, I felt at home when I was with them.They even kept my bag for me when I came here from another city after my trip.The lower entrance of the building is a bit old and neglected, but when you enter the facility itself is new and beautiful. My partner and I stayed at this apartment in Cairo for seven days and we were absolutely impressed. The space was impeccably clean and clearly designed by architects with great attention to detail. The living room featured a comfortable sofa placed right in front of a large window, covered with beautiful floor-to-ceiling curtains that added a luxurious feel. The bathroom was amazing — modern, with a separate door for the toilet and another for the shower area, offering both comfort and privacy. The kitchen was equally impressive and fully equipped with everything we needed. The building itself felt incredibly safe and well-maintained. The doorman was extremely polite and helpful, and we felt secure at all times — whether inside the apartment or walking around the premises. Above all, what made this place truly special was how thoughtfully it was designed. It felt like living in a super-modern, high-end apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended — we would love to return!
