Everything was great, the whole hotel facilities are imressive, the food is good, the people working there are very nice and friendly. The room is very comfortable and is being cleaned every day. There are many options to eat, many pools and things to do.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Egypt. From the moment we arrived, the personnel stood out — professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views and direct access to the beach, which is clean, spacious, and perfect for both sunbathing and snorkeling. The sea life is stunning, and it’s a real highlight of the stay. The food and drinks were consistently excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. We especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, which provided a more refined dining experience in beautifully set spaces. The Posh Club added a nice touch of luxury and exclusivity, enhancing the overall resort experience. Families with children will love the Kids Club, which kept the little ones happy and entertained with fun, age-appropriate activities in a safe environment.

The best part of the hotel is the sandy beach. You may enjoy it with your little kids and the reef is spectacular right in front of the hotel. You don’t need to go anywhere else to see the reefs, tour boats come to the hotel area to bring divers. Hotel is mainly very clean and the staff is very respectful. There are 5 delicious alacarte restaurants and many other alternatives for the day. Shuttle serves all day every 10 minutes between main reception and the beach. The animation team and night shows were quite enjoyable. Special thanks to Muhammed at the reception, Osman chef in kebab restaurant and Bedo from animation team.

We have visited this hotel many times. But this year, the hotel is simply unrecognizable. The attitude towards the guests has changed in the hotel. There are excellent Italian chefs who cook amazing dishes. The hotel staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel has a lot of entertainment. We will definitely return to your hotel.

Everything was great in this place. Rooms and all resort is very clean, food is very variety and good enough. It has own beach with very nice Coral reef. Staff is very kind especially reception staff is very helpful for early and late check in, we thanks to Mr. Hannah for his assist to us.

The reception staff here are wonderful. Always helpful, friendly and smiling. A Big thumbs up to Farid and Ramdan for great service and always happy to help me. The rest of the staff in this hotel are great too. The barman Waled, was best! The food is varied and plentiful. My room was large and spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfy housekeeping did a great job. Location is good and walking distance to old town souk.
