Excellent big all inclusive resort. Lots of space for everyone. Friendly helpful staff where nothing is a problem. Beautiful big pools. Huge choice of restaurants and drinks available. Room was big and comfortable bed.

Our stay at Pickalbatross Palace Sharm El Sheikh was truly a vacation to remember. From the moment we arrived, we experienced the best service ever. The lovely staff, especially the great reception team and the manager, Mr. Rida, made us feel incredibly welcome. We have never ever encountered such hospitality before. The housekeeping was more than perfect, ensuring our room was spotless every day. The food and restaurants were amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. Literally, everything we needed was available on-site, so we didn’t have to get anything from outside. A special shoutout to Mr. Rida and all the staff for treating us so wonderfully. We felt like we were in heaven. All activities were available, making our stay even more enjoyable. What a great experience! We are 100% sure we have to do it again.

During our 10 day stay at Aqua Blu, we had the most amazing time. We are a family of 5, (kids 11, 8 and 5). The hotel it self is really nice. We had a large family room that had a main room with a large bed and one bedroom with a large bed. Activities The activities are great. Waterpark is just out of this world and the kids had so much fun in the slides. Both in Aqua Blu and Aqua Park. The mini golf was only open at night at Blu and we could not use the one on the Park side which was a small letdown. During the evenings it was nice to enjoy the activities in the main area. Food The food is good. The Asian and the Mediterranean restaurants are basically the same restaurant. Cave du Roi was nice and the Italian restaurant was a bit limited. But always something for everyone. Would have loved some more change though on the menu. We used Club Mac a lot for burgers, pizza and fries. Love the pizza and the fries there! Staff Can’t say enough good things about the staff in this hotel. Basically everyone is wonderful. I have to mention a few of them specially Ahmed Salah was our guy the whole trip. Can’t praise that guy enough. Mostafa Ice cream guy by the kids pool. He was great and so much fun Eslam Mohamed (Salah) Bar waiter at LA Veranda. Great guy Cleaning This hotel is just spotless. The rooms had amazing decorations made from towels that I can’t understand how it’s possible to make. Just so nice!

We liked everything but mostly we did like the relaxation pool (adults only) and the beach. Everyone was friendly and the all inclusive package covered everything we would imagine.

Food and personal are the best part of this hotel. The quality and variety of food, super fancy buffet restaurant with white covered table cloth. the service of the staff is outstanding, which is not the case in other hotels in Egypt. Sea is perfect for snorkeling with kids, shallow sandy entrance and live reefs few meters away. Animator for kids is very nice girl engaging every kid into the games.
