The stay was enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendly attitude of most of the staff and the feeling that everyone was working to ensure your satisfaction. One of the standout individuals was the lifeguard near the beach, Captain Hossam. He was friendly, dedicated to his work, and paid great attention to the children, which made me feel safe. The food was abundant, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The beach was amazing, with a great variety of coral formations, which made swimming and diving a truly enjoyable experience. I saw types of fish that I could hardly believe my eyes. The level of cleanliness and organization was good, despite the large number of guests, and I didn’t notice any shortcomings. The entertainment activities were good and varied, and there were some truly world-class shows. I had a wonderful time, and I will definitely repeat the experience. I highly recommend visiting this place.

The service offered in all integrity , all the staff from the cleaner steward (Ahmed, that serviced the room 1410) to the reception manager Peter Ezzat that was completely at our disposition and his collaborator Mr. Reda and thanks to all the waiters and bartenders especially for Asiatic, Soprano, Restiro, Trattoria, Cilantro Restaurant that took care of us with they professionality, joy and sympathy. Also the entertainment crew were amazing especially girls from kids club Jlenia and Luciana (from Futura agency) that took care of our little boys at Kids Club (Alba Kids). The pool staff were very professional and kind and one of them speaks Italian so fluently, I do not remember his name but once it called me "Paolo ti serve un aiuto?" for carry the baby stroller down to the aqua park pool stairs and also help my wife with safety jackets at the sea piers! Also the Lost and Found service helps me to find my T-shirt (may the forces be with you.. ) Thanks, Shocran Grazie ragazzi!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, hotel exceeded our expectations. Spacious room, outstanding service, mountains of water slides and plenty of attractions for kids and parents, evening shows...You can find everything you need for a perfect vacation here! We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious and there was a wide range of choices and variety. We especially enjoyed the amazing access to the sea, with amazing snorkelling, very quiet and clean everywhere. The pool and whole hotel area was very well preserved. On Top we had a huge, amazing room with everything you need, super comfortable bed and huge balcony, overlooking the sea. All the staff was extraordinary. Thank you ! We will come again.
