Mohamed Ragab in reception was the best helping us getting THE BEST room, 1159 😃 Barman Tito at the pool / lobby bar was the best and nicest barman 😃 Lifeguard Yousef was the sweetest and most helpful guy 😃 These three made our holiday very Special. When we arrived at the hotel, we felt very safe and welcomed. The hotel was great. We went to some ala carte restaurants, some good some not. The main restaurant is ´Nora´. Great food, lots of choice and great service I am an enthusiastic chef, and Nora is my place if you want to try something new. The apartment was very good and Hamely took care of everything for us
