A big thank you for the novotel team/staff for making our time during this vacation!
All services were great and we were made to be very comfortable and entertained in particular:
The check-in staff at the front desk (2 gentlemen: Eslam and Mohammed)
The beach bar staff (2 gentlemen: Alaa and Ali)
And a young chef named Mohammed at the coral restaurant works during dinner usually But friendliest chef and made us a wicked pasta we didn't even ask he just offered :)
Esraa was in touch with us throughout the vacation and was constantly ensuring we were having a great time and that all our needs were being met. Super friendly and nice. Would recommend and would want to come back again to stay in this fine establishment.

Regarding the food: a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as variety of snacks 24/7, so you never gonna be starving

They are very kind and hospitable people, they offered me coffee twice in the morning, they made a barbecue and invited me and we had lunch together, he gave me his bicycle to go to the market, the house is clean and tidy and the price is very good, a lot of words are not enough to describe these kind people, thank you very much and from the heart♥️

The hotel is in a good location, with a beach right in front. It also offers a free shuttle service to another beach in Naama Bay.
The entire staff is incredibly attentive, and I was warmly welcomed. A special thank you to the restaurant team—they received me so well. The food is delicious, and there are nightly attractions.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend the parties, but they have a team of animators, including Alina, who are very friendly and offer the possibility to go to parties with transportation included.
The hotel also has taxi driver available to take you to tourist spots and the airport. The taxi driver was very friendly and kind!
The whole team is amazing, and I highly recommend this place!
