Besides the overall look of the hotel, the location (next to Naama Bay) and the great food we would like to address the friendliness of the hotel staff. They did their very best to make our stay as pleasant as could be. In particular we would like to thank Gamal who helped us out when our booking didn't seem to be completely right. I also would like to thank the other reception staff who offered to bring us to the airport when our taxi didn't show up.

Great location on beachfront, super value for money which in included bar fridge.
Awesome service by all staff, especially day and night reception staff.
Highly valued Naama Bay Suites pick-up and drop-off at Sharm Al Sheikh airport at early morning hours.
Wonderfully helpful breakfast hall staff and after-hours restaurant support staff.
Great hotel room and facilities all round.
Would definitely recommend it to friends and do a repeat stay / visit, with my next scuba dive at the Red Sea, appointment

The apartment was very large, comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and exceeded my expectations.
The host was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice for eating, shopping, things to do, etc. The host left water and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch.
Situated between the Sinai Desert and the Red Sea, Oriental Rivoli Hotel offers 3 swimming pools and a private beach. It also has a Hammam and rooms with LCD TVs.
