We loved everything from the cleanliness of the rooms and the way they are decorated, to the location and the neighbourhood and the closeness to Metro stations (only a 3 minute walk). Plaça de Catalunya is only a 10 minute walk away. Our highlight of the trip and our stay were definitely the employees, specifically front desk workers, they were really attentive, tried to fulfil our every wish, provided all the informations we needed and we had a few really nice chats with them; Leo and Antonio specifically, thank you for everything!

Catalonia Gran Via BCN is set on Gran Vía and within 5 minutes’ walk of Urgell and Universitat Metro Stations, and beside the airport bus stop.

Very clean and staff were friendly. Great location for the metro and centre of Barcelona. Didn’t realise this was a mainly gay hotel but also heterosexual couples it was a lovely place xx

The room small but cozy. We had a balcony too. It would be nice to have 2 not 1 chair in it. Staff is very firendly and allways willing to help. Place is excelent!

This was the third time my son and I have stayed at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to Playa Espana and Poble-Sec metro stations. It is a short walk to La Rambla and Playa Catalunya. The staff are friendly and remembered us from our previous visits. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and includes gluten-free bread and pastries.

The Caledonian has an ideal setting on Barcelona's Gran Vía, just 5 minutes' walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Its rooms include free Wi-Fi internet access.

The room looked nicer in person and the hotel had a good taste in its public area design. The bathroom was big and the bed was really comfortable. Staffs were nice.

I really liked the hotel and the room was very comfortable. Good room cleaning. The location of the hotel is simply excellent, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff service was top notch, and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were very tasty.
