Perfect location. The staff were very friendly. Made us so welcome. Because it was our first time there we got a room over looking the pool. And when we came home on our first night they left us a lovely welcome note with two bottles of water abd a bottle of olive oil.

Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.
