We were greeted with a smile from reception Ms. Alena, and were assisted with luggage personally to our room. From all the travels we do , this hotel is by far the only one with a completely silent AC that works so accurate and so pleasantly. The location is so secure , in a quiet street, yet a walking distance to the main madrid Colon and castellna streets. breakfast is a la cart , not a buffet. limited but fresh. Diego doing his job awesome. Everyone around you trying their best. In One sentence, the hotel breaths with prefect management and you feel well the attention and care.

Very accommodating staff who speaks fluent English. They also were able to provide our requests very fast. When we had concerns on the WIFI the staff were able to resolve it. The apartment itself is very clean complete with whatever you might need to use in the kitchen. The fridge and freezer was also big enough to store what you need if you plan to stay long. There are common washing machines and dryers in the basement (3 of each) The location is between 2 MRT lines which was super convenient because you have a option. Restaurants and groceries were also just around the property. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Madrid. Special shout out to Jose who was very helpful!

We booked as a treat since our flight got canceled. We thought if we had to overnight in Madrid we would do it in style. The property is stunning beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the sheets were amazing soft!

It's close to a metro station, so you can get downtown fast. If you're up for a walk, it's also not far from Plaza de España. Our room was clean and spacious, the people working in the reception area are awesome, and they helped us plan some activities. The rooftop is great too, with a pool and bar to chill. I'd stay here again.

Very good breakfast. A very comfy room, not that big but even not that small (it was really good for one person or a couple). I personally loved the shower, very good water pressure and temperature for a very hot Madrid during August. Getting to the hotel was also easy by using Metro (subway) and then just a couple of steps until the reception's door.
