We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

"It was such a great time staying there! The staff, especially Mr. Hailey, Ando, and Addison, are very nice people. From the first day we arrived, Mr. Hailey picked us up from the airport.
