Very friendly staff, who were polite with my attempts to use French but also spoke superb English. Our daughter was playing in the lobby with the big teddy bears and so they gave her a little teddy bear to keep! A really nice gesture. Right near the tram line from the airport, easy to find and super helpful. They provide water bottles for during your stay to reduce plastic waste, which is a nice touch.

This was my second stay in two weeks. The receptionists were all very helpful. Charaf, Ninna, Audrey, Sabrina, Florence were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed: A comfortable bed, a desk to study and a shower with good pressure. Moreover, the small kitchen was sufficient to do some cooking. The location of the hotel is super. Very centrally located to all kinds of restaurants, tram and bus stops.

Great location , just a short walk to the centre of the city. The hotel is very well designed and clean. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and facilities were all in a good condition. Staff were very helpful too - we were heading out of the city to a chateau and they booked the transportation for us the day before. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back at some point in the future.
