Extraordinary ex 18th century monastery. Beautiful with lots of original features kept in pristine condition. Excellent location overlooking Vieux Lyon (the old town). We had a suite which was in the second building accessed via an underground tunnel. The staff are incredible, super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast offering cooked as well as continental breakfast.

Absolutely beautifully restored and appointed apartment in the old city with a spectacular view. Very comfortable for a long-term stay. Extremely knowledgeable, communicative and friendly host who cared deeply about our experience. She even let us borrow a book that showed us how to make the most of exploring the traboules of Lyon.

The apartment was comfortable,cozy & lovely.The bathroom was adequate.The bed was luxurious.There are 2 TV's in the apartment.The views over Lyon were stunning.A pleasant walk from the apartment down Mnt du Chemin Neuf leads you straight into the old town.The owners are very helpful.The apartment is at the end of the 3rd floor of a students university residential block.I saw very few students & didnt hear any it was very peaceful.A code is required to gain access to the block another code is required to gain access to the apartment.

The house was beautifully decorated. It was spacious. Everything was well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. We felt right at home. Having a small balcony was also very nice. We were able to enjoy tea on it in the evenings.
