I spent a really nice time at Charlotte's apartment. She has a very good taste in home decor! 😉 The apartment is located close to the old town, and it will take you just 5-7 min to get to the nearest restaurants. There's also a tram station close to the apartment, where you can catch a tram L1 to the main railway station (13-15 min), and there's another train station even closer, it's called Nice Riquier. We didn't communicate much with Charlotte, but she seemed to be a very kind, attentive, and responsible host. She welcomed me with some cute Provence things, and that was very nice, really 😊 I totally recommend this place! You'll feel at home there!

Very convenient location for visiting Nice - nice neighbourhood, close to the port, the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment is new and perfectly well-furnished (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules provided, washing machine, etc.) - really could hardly ask for more. There is a nice large balcony. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it's great that the option was provided. The host even provided a baby bed and chair (both seemed brand new). Overall a great place to stay in Nice, especially for a group/family. I would stay there again.

Nice neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants available. Underground parking was an excellent facility as you just put your luggage to one of the two lifts and go straight up to your floor👍The reception and breakfasts are of perfect quality - no problem with English anywhere. Walking distance from the hotel to the harbour and city centre (buses also available nearby). Little entertainment area with table football next to the reception. Nice little garden - quiet rooms overlooking it.

I booked a double room for the weekend and reserved parking. The hotel Is very nice and in a beautiful area. The look Is very cool whit all particular forniture and color. The room was clean and there was enough space for two people. Everything looks new and clean. There is a very useful water dispenser in the corridor with fresh still water or sparkling! The breakfast is rich with everything you could expect from a buffet.

Our stay at the apartment in Nice was fantastic! The location is perfect – very close to the train station, which is a big plus, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. Everything looked exactly like in the photos – clean, tidy, and very cozy. The apartment was fully equipped – there was an iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, extension cords, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The ladies who welcomed us were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back during my next visit to Nice!
