The Hotel staff were fantastic - we made 2 requests with our booking and both were seen to. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, very clean and well kept. The windows all opened providing fresh air. Tea and coffee facilities, plenty of towels and all the cooking utensils were clean. 200m from the Tram - loads of bars and restaurants close by. Should I return to Nice I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The studio is very well located and fully equipped, beds were comfortable (both beds), soundproofing works well to block noise from outside, and everything was as expected.

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Room with sea view, perhaps the best views in Nice. Tadaj Pogacar had lunch on the terrace with Matt Stevens here. Classic French hotel. Good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Free parking a bonus.

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent the food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

This hotel sits in central Nice, just 350 metres from the ferry port and a 20-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Its rooms are air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi access.

Beds are really comfortable, location wise was perfect a lot to places to go eat and drink next to the hotel
