The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant.
I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful.
The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

With lovely views over the harbour of Bristol, this is a beautifully designed apartment. Comfy beds and pillows. The kitchen is fully-equiped. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt fresh and new. The owner obviously takes pride in the apartment and the comfort of his guests. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended.

We were upgraded as the hot water failed at Grange Rd prior to our arrival. The host provided a suitable,alternative not too far away. This was very helpful.

Lovely old character building in a fantastic location, minutes walk from all the cafes, shopping, restaurants & pubs that are on offer in Clifton Village & very easy walk to The Clifton Suspension Bridge. All the staff that we have met are helpful, friendly & efficient. A variety of rooms to choose from & a good breakfast if you need it. Parking is also a huge bonus. We will be staying again this week, our 3rd visit in the last couple of months & will always be our first choice on our next visit to Bristol.
