Most of my life decisions were made in this hotel. From choosing what Uni I went to and my husband proposing to me here so it holds a lot of good memories . I even decided to apply for a job whilst taking High tea here! I love the facilities, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The service is impeccable ! Worth every penny ! We will be back for many years to come.

We can't speak highly enough of this apartment! The location, the property itself, the booking and communication process was absolutely amazing. Mary and her family were so helpful. They were able to facilitate an early check in, left us some tea, coffee, fresh milk, biscuits etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more! There were lots of clean fresh towels and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses etc. Everything was spotless clean! The location for visiting Edinburgh is just perfect! Its almost like staying right on the Castle grounds! We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The location was fantastic. The stone spiral stairs helped burned the calories from the beer I had at the jolly judge pub below. The hosts were amazing. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were great. Absolutely recommend staying here. It was a 10/10

Well located and well furnished. Clean and all items like toiletries and bathrobes and slippers were provided but maybe not really enough toiletries for a 4 night stay.
