hotel was perfectly situated near Heathrow airport. train station was a 5 minute walk away & the trains took you straight into central london. from heathrow it was just travel to next station & swap trains. I was lucky enough to be given a room upgrade which was very nice of them. staff were really helpful also. i will definitely be staying here next time i visit.

Great location, 10mins walk from station and castle. Historical old-fashion building. We had well-renovated big room, with everything you need, tea-coffee-water and even cookies. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks, everyday cleaning in the room, great tasty cooked per person warm breakfast from the menu.

The location is perfect for some one travelling to tour London. The Ashford station and LIDL is nearby. I stayed for two days and the host is awesome. He never made me feel that I am away from home.
