The gentleman that greeted us at the house was both friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was fast and efficient, the location was perfect for us as we are both in to aviation, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and overall the stay was brilliant as well as the price we paid,i will definitely stay at this property again.

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond.
Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor.
Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge.
We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

what we value the most is the Human and professional quality of Miss Dee and the rest of the reception tea, miss Malvina and miss Malvina, they were extremely kind and helped us a lot during our stay and even when we were out of the country.
On the other hand I would to mention that the rooms and hotel facilities are very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant and the bar are great, but the best of all and what we value the most is the recepción team.
Very close to the Hanger Lane undergrown station and the bus station.

-The hotel is not far from West Ealing station and also is near bus stop.
-This hotel is near Waitrose. So, this is easy for me to grab some fruit during 8 p.m.
-The room is very clean and feels like home.
-The breakfast is excellent. I can chose my own menu. I ate scramble egg with smoked salmon.
-The staffs are very nice and friendly.
