Excellent Full English breakfast in a pub located just 4.5 metres from the hotel entrance! The pub also served delicious all-day meals. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Wandsworth, just a stone throw from a huge shopping centre and as many as two craft beer pubs! A fantastic location if you need to live in Wandsworth. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and stylish.

The rooms were spacious, cosy and loved all the little extras. The rainfall shower was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the sausage. Our favourite part of the breakfast was having the resident labrador join us. Felt like home from home🥰

The location is perfect, super well connected with buses and trains, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport and with many options available to London city. But the spotlight here goes to Alex. She's a wonderful host, who made us feel at home. The breakfast with homemade bread (also a gluten-free option) made our day. Strongly recommend this place.

Martin, our host/owner was so welcoming and super nice. The whole place was very clean, comfortable and really warm which was a plus for us in January. The bathroom was beautiful, the bedroom cozy and bright, and the kitchen had a nice coffee machine and all the facilities we needed. The house is located in a quiet area in the outskirts which we really liked.

The house is located in a very calm street, and the bed is comfortable, so it's perfect if you are looking for a good rest. The hosts are very friendly and discreet at the same time, making you feel comfortable but giving you privacy. I definitely recommend and I'll be back for sure on my next trip to London.
