The owners are very nice and very helpful.The room was very clean and was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities , an amazing fan and a hairdryer. The room was a little small but managble.
We didn't book in for breakfast, but it smelt amazing.
Will definitely be staying again.
There are lots of buses on route and plenty of shops in Surbiton, and also near to Kingston. .

We had a great time in the "House of fun". The owner Mark runs a public house that is open to everyone regardless of race, faith or gender. Mark, who calls himself the pole of the Black Lion, always keeps an eye on the needs and desires of his guests. The rooms are suitably furnished and thoroughly cleaned every day.
Ideal location for tourists to visit the south west of London and to explore the local cuisine of Surbiton.
We will come back- that's a promise, not a threat.
