The stay was nice, the room is was a bit small, but enough for 2 people and very cozy, the bathroom was big and very clean. There was everything i need in the kitchenette to cook. The tv was big and with good image quality. The balcony was awesome.

It is a spacious and comfortable room with a full size bathroom. The whole property has been refurbished to a high standard. Room was warm and very quiet as the entrance is from the courtyard and not the main street. Property is very close to boulevard and all other tourist attractions in Batumi. I really enjoyed my stay there.
