Outstanding hospitality and perfect location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of staying at NAIKE during the Georgian Tango Encuentro, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Alexander and Nino made me feel like family rather than just a guest. Location: Absolutely perfect! The guest house is ideally located near Silk Factory, where the tango festival took place. I could easily walk to all the events without worrying about transportation, which was incredibly convenient, especially after late-night milongas. Hosts: Alexander and Nino are exceptional hosts who truly understand hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful with local recommendations, and always available when needed. Their warm Georgian hospitality made my stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. Accommodation: The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable after long nights of dancing, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. Great Wi-Fi connection was perfect for staying in touch with work and sharing memories from the festival. Value: Excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location and quality of service. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get in return. Additional touches: What really stood out were the personal touches and genuine care. Alexander and Nino clearly take pride in their property and their guests' experience. I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

What could be better than breakfast at the great wood table, under the trees and with view at Mtazminda Mountain? The dinner with long warm conversation with smart and hospitable owner Levan? When you wake up you can go to several georgian bread bakery to take a hot bread, than take a mazoni and suluguni in the shop and your breakfast will be unsurpassed! You can go by foot without public transpot, if you like walking like me, to the Rike park, to Avlabar, to the famous sulfur baths, to visit a Theaters and Museums in Rustaveli prospect and many others incredible lovely places in Tbilisi! If you lost the way and can not find home- call to Levani and he explain everyting. I arrived in the 4 o'cklock at night and was ready to wait the official time to check in, but Levan wrote me than I can go to the hotel and stert to use my room, he met my taxi and helped with by baggage! It was very kind! He also did the same when I was leaving in the night. In my large room was everything I need- conditioner, the table lapms near my bed for reading, very good shampoo, bathroom was wounderful, shower was strong without problems with hot water. The kitchen was fine- microwave, fridge and also if you need ,you can use common kitchen stove. It was absolutely fantastic 9 days! I did not want to leave Tbilisi and Im wating for the possibility to come back Definitley recommende!

She was even kind enough to let us check out late as well. we were very lucky to stay here because its rare to find such amazing people. - Spacious room - we got a room with great river view - huge beds, large closet and a lavish bathroom - free tea/coffee - loved the Georgian black coffee we got everyday - location - hard to find a better spot so close to centre at this price. right at the art bridge, everywhere is just a small walk away - bus station at a 1 minute walk too. - amenities - all basic essentials are provided such as fridge, soap, shampoo, hot water, AC, hair dryer etc. Great accessibility as all rooms are on the ground floor.
