Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Coffee throughout the day. Real coffee (not instant coffee). Everything was in the room (awesome hairdryer, shampoo). Comfortable bed. Nice interior. Silent at night, despite being next to a street. Location: it's at the top of a hill, which I liked. Not too far to metro station also. Early check-in was no problem. Nice view.

Firstly people who are working in this beautiful hotel are amazing, helpfull, everybody are shining with their smiles. Hotel rooms are clean and cozy. I had a great time here, and i admire all people to choose this place to stay as long as you can, because location is ideal - all the shops and restaraunts are in 2-5 minutes walking. Hotel is in the old city of Tbilisi, so all the beauty of this woderful city is yours if you are choosing this hotel.
