Every one of the front desk staff was great. It felt like I wasn't returning to a strange place. The breakfast was a typical Western buffet, which was fine as long as you're used to it. I really enjoyed it. The room was small, but well-equipped and cleaned every day, which was great for me. Overall, it was a great value for money.

The hotel room is very cozy, the towels are super soft, the breakfast with homemade matsoni, omelet, vegetables etc. is delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. Free parking spot provided by the hotel.
The hotel is off the main street (Chavchavadze), but it's really quiet there.

Great apartment in lower Vake, close to the main local attractions. Clean and well-maintained, with air conditioner — a must-have during the Tbilisi summer. The view is quite nice, which was important for our family. Fast internet and comfortable chairs made our stay even better. The balcony is great.
Building has reception with guard.
The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with dishwasher and stove, and the apartment has easy access.
The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Fully recommended!

Very comfortable and calm place of stay, 2 line from Chavchavadze avenue, so there is no car noise.The building is new, well maintained, the flat is comfortable and clean, comfortable bed and sofa so i could have rested and slept very well. Maia is really helpful and easy to communicate, I could have checked in a bit earlier and i'm really grateful for this opportunity and kindness to Maia, Mziuri park is two step from the building, probably there is even direct entrance from the condo's territory

The garden was the best part
Having breakfast every morning was really nice and refreshing ,
Tamara was the best ever Georgian lady I have ever seen in Georgia,
Her kindness cannot be described in words. She was surprising us by very delicious Georgian cuisine each day. She is truly nice person.
Nikoloz is so helpful, they will help for almost everything. You won’t feel like you are staying in someone’s home. You feel like home.
I cannot describe my experience, you have to experience it your self. I do really recommend it to everyone. I really like both of them.
Plus in the property there is everything so it is even better than 5-star hotel.

Based on hotel cost, all were good - it’s real good value for money. No bad breakfast, but you can’t chose anything else without extra payment. Staff don’t speak English, except reception, but mostly it’s enough. it’s not downtown, but location is comfortable.
