From the moment I arrived, the team’s warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Michelle, Nii, and Albert at reception, the wonderful host Vivi, the security team and the cleaners for going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. One of my favorite things was the convenience of having a mini-market right downstairs, perfect for grabbing essentials i needed quickly. Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

The hotel staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel and the room are in perfect condition, with a pool available too. The location is also in a very accessible location - close to the airport, not far from other parts of Accra and able to access the motorway to the wider region.
