This suite is one of the perfect and pleasant one in all my trips to Greece. The place was very thoughtfully decorated with elegant decor and lighting style. It really like home, even though for one day. We wanted to prolong our stay at Philikon, Rethymno, however it was a short trip this time. We are planning to stay for a longer duration on our next visit! I wanna thank the host from the bottom of my heart! Until next time!

The location in the old city was perfect. The room was very comfortable as was the whole hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was very authentic staying in the renovated accomodation which had maintained it's original character. Plenty of good eating options.

The rooms are gorgeous, very aesthetic, exactly like the pictures. The location is great and the breakfast is delicious. But the best part about this place is the staff. What wonderful human beings with excellent advice on what to do and where to go in Crete, including a lot of hidden gems. Special shout out to Apostolikus and his manager. They even gave us a bottle of wine and breakfast to go on our last day.

Central and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ‘cookie’ room was spacious, comfortable and had all amenities necessary. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant Raki ba Raki which also served delicious Cretan cuisine. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely ADORED the Mansio!! Personalized reach out from staff on WhatsApp prior to checking in. Friendly welcome, even after check in hours. Loved the scents chosen, even as we walked into the place and especially the quality of the scents and products in the bathroom! (I’m literally trying to source them so I can enjoy at home!!). Our kids adored the breakfast buffet and the location, walking out to the central square was just so special!!!
