Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, accommodating, and made me feel very welcome for my first night in Guatemala. The owner arranged lunch next door when I arrived tired and hungry, and the breakfast was delicious. Spacious rooms, hot shower, a beautiful terrace and very safe. I will stay here again.

The Westin is an incredible hotel. It offers everything you would need for a short stay and is close to the airport while also being near the city centre. The room was clean, staff very friendly and food was delicious.

Very clean, comfortable stay. The apartment had so many little touches that made it feel very much like a home. Extensive assortment of kitchen appliances and cookware (although I didn't cook the 3 nights I was there). There was a small problem with a leak under the sink that the host came quickly and resolved. The location was close to many restaurants and shops.

Directly at the airport. Short walk, or 2 minutes by taxi or uber (you should take one at night). Very safe, in an enclosed living quarters. Great hospitality, who gave us a quick course about the ins- and outs of Guatemala. Do's/ don'ts. The rooms are very decent. Exactly what you need coming from the airport, or heading to for a flight in the morning.

This was possibly the best hotel experience of my life. The staff went way beyond expectations. Yes, the rooms were great, everything was very cozy with good décor. It was clean, well-maintained, good wifi, all that stuff. What really stood out was when my plans fell through and needed to change - the staff was incredibly helpful! First, they helped by spending a lot their own time researching travel plans for me, more importantly when I asked to reschedule my second night to Saturday they didn't even blink and eye, but immediately rescheduled. I had already paid, and there were other guests, and Saturday must be a busy day for them, so I really didn't expect to get this without complaint, but they were very hospitable. It really made my trip a lot easier, which was a huge relief considering the stress of my plans changing last second. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Huge portions of authentic Guatemala food, served with juice and coffee. Delicious!
