Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room is big and comfortable. A water dispenser is provided in the room which really helped. And the dinner buffet at Ink & Plate is delicious! We loved our stay here. 🥰

Very clean hotel. There is free shuttle to and from the airport and rail (MTR) station. They allowed us to do an early check in which was great after arriving on an overnight flight. Very easy to get to Kowloon and Hong Kong island using the rail.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Upon arriving in the middle of the night after experiencing flight delays, we were greeted by friendly staff with a room upgrade. I only wish we could have stayed longer than our overnight transit, as there was so much within the hotel we wanted to explore but just didn't have time. So many children's activities, as well as places to relax or get some work done. The breakfast was excellent. We will be back again next time we're in Hong Kong.
