Suite room was so spacious and just amazing! Great view and nice quiet neighborhood with good access to everywhere. The club lounge was quiet and well managed. I liked the porridge in the morning and afternoon tea. Also thanks for the early check in! It meant a lot for a family traveling with a toddler that still requires nap time.

Our stay was for 5 nights, and everything was absolutely amazing. I must highlight Mrs. Queenie at the reception. I travel a lot, and people like her are the ones you want to meet all the time :-) She was extremely helpful with everything and her approach was excellent. The rooms had a beautiful view, and the pool as well. I have been to Hong Kong 8 times, and this was my best stay. In my opinion, it is currently the best hotel in Hong Kong in terms of price/performance ratio. Thanks again for everything, we will definitely come back!!!! David with family

My friend and I were there to attend a concert and the location of this hotel is just perfect! Less than 2 minutes walking distance to Hong Kong Coliseum Stadium! The hotel itself is connected to a mall, which has restaurants, supermarket and convenient store. And it is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Hong Hum MRT station! Room is spacious and super clean + comfortable!
