The location is perfect, close to many cafes, bus stops, and subway—quiet and lovely neighborhood. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need on a trip. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked another room for the same trip and didn't realize until I got to the check-in. They kindly canceled my reservation and didn't charge me for my mistake - I really appreciated that!

We booked the suite and upon check-in the staff upgraded us to the Chaplin Suite, their biggest one. The suite was huge, and we loved the location and the elegant interior design.
