Amazing hotel with amazing city views. Great customer service, with a small upgrade we were able to check-in very early in the morning to accommodate our layover. Delicious breakfast. The heated pool and outdoor area in the roof is a gem! I don’t only highly recommend I would stay here every time I am in Hong Kong.

Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

The house is so clean, bed and pillow is comfortable and enough for all my family. The size of the house is small which sure cannot compare with house in Singapore but good enough for travelling family. Location is best for shopping around and near railway stations.I am sure will stay there again next time I travel to HK. Owner is so nice and easily contactable if you need something from her.
