staff was very nice and helpful. small and cosy room. Lots of nice coffee shops around (hara kako, coffee and laundry, clean). 5 min from tramway, 10 min from mtr, 10 min from central.

The view is just jaw dropping. The hotel is very close to the metro (Sheung Wan) and also in walking distance from the ferries. The room was very large for HK standards, with a full kitchen. You could easily live there. The staff was very attentive, when I came to pick up my luggage they gave me a bag with some things I had forgotten in the fridge. Will definitely stay here again.

All three front desk staffs that we met in 4 days was very friendly and super nice. Location are perfect, a lot of good restaurants and grocery shop around this hotel. Just 3-5 mins walk to get the Tram station and Shuen Wan MTR underground station and 15-20 mins walk to reach Hong Kong-Macau ferry jetty. As usual, most of the property in Hong Kong are small, especially property located in Central of Hong Kong island, when i step in the room OMG the room are really really small than what I expected. Overall, I will rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

hotel staff made it great they made everything so easy and made it the best stay in a hotel for a while, not often do hotel staff make the stay great. would like the positive feedback to be passed onto the ladies at reception they made life so much easier for the days I stayed there, local knowledge was great and request made easy, English was great and they are some of the friendliest hotel staff I have met.

the bed is so comfy!! the mini bar is free, all the supply and equipment in room are thoughtful. You nearly can bring nothing and enjoy a night there without trouble. I also love that there is a private entrance without the need passing through the reception or common area.
