Minimalist design, super friendly team, super clean and comfy. Great location close to subway, Kowloon park and to many restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities. Good size of rooms. I liked it so much that I extended my stay here from 1 to 3 nights. The team is friendly and helpful. I got upgraded also 😊 The hotel was quiet; I slept like a baby.

The room is very well laid out. Bed was big and comfortable. There was separate division for desk and wardrobe which was very practical. The bathroom had a jacuzi style bathtub which was nice for a few minutes and then you got bored of it. but a very nice feature for a HK hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful and quick to answer any questions.

This is the best value accomodation you can ever hope to find in HK. The location is fantastic, on the junction of Nathan Rd and Jordan Rd and very close to Jordan metro station and tons of bus routes. They will send you detailed instructions on how to reach the guesthouse from the airport - the airport bus is your best option. The room I stayed in had a very comfortable bed with a chair and desk and a long cushioned stool to sit or keep your luggage. Lots of hangers to hang your clothes on the wall and door. The bathroom/toilet is indeed very small and yes the shower is right above the commode but it's not a deal-breaker. You will feel extremely secure. I didn't interact much with the owners but they seem very sweet and helpful. I would 100% stay here again but sadly, they're sold out almost all the time!
