Staff was super kind. I had a long journey and arrived super tired and way too early. Staff made sure I was comfortable until I could get the room, (which I could move in a bit earlier than usual). I had several requests and they helped me with everything I asked for. Staff is knowledged about city attractions, they answered all questions. Hotel is bigger but still cozy and in the middle of the city centre. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We really liked our stay! if you’re looking for something reliable and without any bad surprises, this place is a “safe option”. Modern & clean hotel, with convenient location and extremely hospitable staff. Attila and Laszlo at reception provided an excellent service care (waking me up at 3am which is quite a challenge itself), managing my delayed airport shuttle and arranging a taxi instead. Matyas at the bar explained about Palinka and Hungarian cuisine. Very much grateful to a fantastic team for their dedication!
