Staff are all very friendly that made my stay very comfortable. Also they upgraded my room as there is a big group of guests on that day. I liked the breakfast - there are so many options with both European and Indonesian dishes. Also I enjoyed welcome drink.

Because I had read reviews of this hotel online, I knew it was good. But I was still pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The room was super large and the view was very good. There were service staff who could speak Chinese when I checked in. There were also many types of breakfast, including many local cuisines. There are many delicious and clean shops behind the hotel, and the hotel swimming pool and gym are also great. Next time I go to Jakarta, I will consider this hotel

The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.
