Breakfast and dinner buffet with huge variety of food and good quality. Room very quiet. No noise from cars or room service. Thick carpets and good windows help for noise-cancelling. Room service staff polished my shoes and gave me listerine. Restaurant staff is very friendly and they remembered my name the other days although there are many guests. Good gym for a hotel and sauna and cold pool and hot jaccuzzi too. Outdoor swimming pool is nice too.

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. The gym and spa is really nice. Good technogym machines, inbody body composition scanner. The spa is amazing. Sauna, steam, different plunges and jacuzzi. Breakfast was perfect... big ala carte menu. Really a lovely hotel... by far my new favorite in Jakarta. Le Labo bergamote 22 toiletries is a really nice luxury touch as well.
