The staff are all very welcoming and caring; everyday making sure we were comfortable and asking if we needed anything. The bungalows (4 new ones + 4 original) are all beautiful and so clean. The staff clean each bungalow twice daily, and have a turn down service each night with the mosquito nets. Inside the bungalow is beautiful and they provide many amenities (toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash, nail clippers and nail files, flashlight, hairdryer, bath robes, and small fridge). The beds and linens are all very comfortable and nice.
The pool area has loungers and umbrellas that are very nice, and the pool and garden area are so well maintained. The location is great - quieter road, but close to beaches and restaurants. They have scooters on site to rent as well.
We could not recommend staying here more - you won’t be disappointed!

The cottages were new, beautiful, and meticulously clean! Helly was an incredible host, although he felt more like a friend. He was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off from the ferry port, and many other things to make our stay perfect (including a scooter lesson!). The cottages are a short walk away to the beach and many great restaurants. If you’re staying in Lembongan, I highly recommend this place!!!

Great place to stay. The room was big and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help you with anything. Everything was really clean and tidy and they have daily room service if desired. The pool area is really tranquil with lots of trees and some shade. They also have a fridge to sell drinks. And despite its secluded vibe, the hotel is right at the center of the town with lots of restaurants, beach clubs, etc at a walking distance.

One of the BEST places we’ve stayed within 4 months of travelling. Room is super cosy, clean and well decorated with a beautiful bathroom. The Tv is a smart tv so also could watch entertainment in the evenings. Pool was lovely and very close to the nicest beach mushroom bay. Owner also helped with booking activities and providing advise. Would give 11* if I could.

Location was awesome for us because of the surf breaks right out front and it was easy to walk to good restaurants. It was also easy to organise activities. The AC was amazing. Its a small, but deep and clean pool. We are a family of four and had two rooms, upstairs and downstairs in the one independent apartment. This worked really well for our family.

Beautiful pool. Although the shower had salty water, you need to remember that this is a small island and you need to put up with tiny inconveniences at any stay here.
