EVERYTHING!! From the moment that I booked, I received a WhatsApp message, greeting me and asking if I needed help with travel arrangements, etc, and offering excursions, all of which were at very competitive prices. Kadek is absolutely amazing! He is really sincere, and he went above and beyond to make my experience a good one! When he wasn't busy working with his amazing team, then I often found him entertaining the guests, singing and playing his guitar. Kadek also grew up in Nusa Penida, so he was great with his local knowledge and steered me to the best places and at the best time. Location is perfect for exploring the west coast and you can get to the famous kelingking beach in under 8 mins on a scooter! Next time I travel, I'll make sure to have a longer stay. The best accomodation I had so far in whole Southeast Asia. Bungalows are almost new, very clean and fully equipped. Host was very nice and helpful.

I loved my stay at Puri Suci, was welcomed by this very sweet Balinese family from Nusa Penida, they were always looking after me helping me plan the visit, book drivers and so on, the hotel is private with only a few rooms that are very modern and clean, and have a stunning view on the jungle, the swimming pool is also a great plus. It’s also very convient if you want to visit the kelingking beach early morning or for sunset when it’s less busy. It’s perfect if you want a calm stay in Nusa Penida.
