Everything was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and courteous. they wen above and beyond to help us be comfortable. Especially the staffs at the restaurants were very friendly. shoutout to the guys at the aira cafe bar who got us a mango when they heard my partner saying that she didnt get to try a mango from Indonesia. Love you guys!!

I enjoyed my stay from the first minute to the last one! We came 3 hours before check-in time and they did let us go to our room with no extra charges! They offered welcome refreshment drinks and delivered our heavy luggage to the room. I was supprised by the inner garden of the hotel. I could jump into the pool right from my room. In the room, I found all necessary appliances including socket adaptors and mosquito repellent. All breakfasts I tried ware excellent! Exceptionally I want to thank my host Ms Septia for her attention and services!

The location was awesome and quiet. Not at the center but in an area which has a lot of peace and nice restaurants. We had our 3 month baby with us and they helped arranged a cot for us. Ketut and his wife were very attentive to our needs as a family with a baby and we really appreciated that.
